Exactly speaking, it's not that “尿不湿” was translated as "disposable diaper" by Chinesepod, but that "disposable diaper", which was recently introduced to China, was translated as “尿不湿” by Chinese people.

There is another “尿不湿” - type commodity name in China, i.e. “狗不理”（包子）.

I think the word “尿不湿” seems to be grammatically close to “四不像”.
