Sorry, that's a typo, that should be 网上购物软件, but not 上网购物软件. I don't think "上线" indicates "online" (= 在线). I learn Mandarin mainly through online materials such as Cpod, but ironically I'm not so familiar with Internet terminology both in Chinese and in Japanese!

That's right. Dictionary-wise, 好像 is the right one in modern Mandarin, although, in fact, 好象 is also often used by native Chinese. Interestingly, "象" was officially regarded as the simplified form of "像" in the PRC from 1956 until 1986, so 好象 WAS the authentic one at that time. I think you don't have to worry about this very much, unless you have a plan to take the HSK (汉语水平考试) hehe.

上网 and 上线 both means "go online", and 上线 has another meaning "to put something online". Here is an example.
上网购物软件xxxx正式上线
Online shopping software "xxxx" has been officially released on the net.

The chengyu "朝三暮四" originally means "to fool people with a cheap trick", as you can see from the episode of "monkeys and three/four acorns", but interestingly it's often used in the sense of "a fool changes his mind easily" in modern China. In Japanese, "朝三暮四" still keeps its original meaning. For the record, "朝令夕改" means "often change mind/rules".

Yeah, as you expect, I also think the 句 in "这句话" is a little superfluous. In fact, the 句 is a measure word, which in this case connotes "a few words, a short story, a sentence", while the "话" indicates "what it says, what you say, talk etc". On the other hand, when you refer to a relatively long "话", you should say "这(一)段话" (zhe4yi1duan4hua4). For the record, you can also say "这一句什么意思？" (zhe4yi1ju4 shen2me yi4si), where the "句" is not a measure word, but a noun.
