April 6, 2012 at 12:42 PMAh, glad somebody asked this question. I've just got round to looking at this lesson and don't ever recall seeing/hearing 么 used in this fashion before. Will have to remember it.

April 4, 2012 at 5:46 AMWhat was the reference to the Culture Show right at the end of the lesson (in respect of "delicious")? Is this a CPOD show (I couldn't find it in the Lessons tab).

March 24, 2012 at 5:13 AMJohn, Jenny - may thanks for the clarification of when to use 升值 and when to use 提拔. I had never even realised there was a word other than 升值 for a job promotion!!

March 13, 2012 at 6:33 AMPretz, just to add my brief two pence worth. I watched the video once for the novelty factor, but I don't plan to actually 'study' the lesson since mahjong doesn't interest me. I am biding my time to do a full 'study' of the next video lesson, assuming of course that the content grabs me! I still have plenty of audio UI lessons to work through in my backlog!

April 6, 2012 at 12:46 PMHi maruihao, I have the same problem. My solution (although it is a bit of effort) is to download the mp3 version and then play it in windows media player - with the window fully expanded widthways. You can then drag the dialogue pointer easily by the second. Useful also for when I do transcriptions.
