under your rss feed settings, there are two choices for audio, the 128 kbps & 68 kbps. Choose the 128, which has no ads.

July 17, 2008 at 1:50 AMThe main difference between the acutal Hainanese Chicken and the Singapore/Malay version is the rice. I also lived in Haikou, and noticed the rice is not steeped in the chicken broth, which to me, is a key part of the dish.
And Ive been to WenChang, Hainan and seen the chickens in person. The reason why the chickens there are so famous is do to the fact that they eat on the fallen coconuts, which in turn makes their meat a bit sweeter.

if you are talking about the neutral tone, you must type a "5", and for the "er" 儿, it would be a "r".
you can verifty by going to the matching section, and change it to pinyin, and you will see the appropriate pinyin mark.

i dont think mr adams is at risk of loosing any money, since QW is completely free, and we dont make a penny off of it. If he wants us to take it off, ill be more than happy to comply. Seems like he would be pretty stoked to know he had a mandarin pattern named after him. i know i would!

whe told the actors to do just that, act like they are in a dorm room, with one guy was running off to the store, which is why one voice is more distant than the other. glad you liked it!

July 17, 2008 at 2:36 AMOur sound tech Joy did a great job on this lesson, and she spent alot of time doing it. we ended up getting all the people from Spanish, French, and Italian pod together to record the "awwwww" part when the music stopped. We had fun with this lesson.
