B：大家好，首先这是一个很复杂的问题。2010年3月23日，美国总统奥巴马在白宫签署了医疗保险改革法案，是奥巴马政府最重要的立法成果之一。被称为美国社会保障体系45年来最大变革，对个人、企业和政府都将产生深远的影响。
A：奥巴马医改法案的主要目标是什么呢？
B：第一，给已有医保的人提供更多安全保障。第二，给没有医保的人提供“负担得起”的医保。第三，控制不断增长的医疗费用。

I am speaking only for myself, but the last thing I want to hear is: “several big surprises to ChinesePod software”.
My personal recommendations for CPod would be:
1.
Use some sort of open-source off-the-shelf issue-tracking software to track CPod software issues. Users would be issued a ticket for every bug reported and everyone could follow the progress and status of issues. Once an issue was resolved, a detailed postmortem would be permanently available to all registered user. This would promote operational transparency and community esprit de corps! Separate issue-tracking software would have the added advantage of not overloading the Discussion-Facility with gratuitous bug reports which all too often seem to simply vanish into the ether.
2.
Do not use your production server for testing new concepts and designs. Rather, use a Development Server for testing new concepts and new design ideas. Make the development server available to everyone and elicit user comments to the experimental designs. Once the new code is tested and debugged by CPod and your users, then and only then, should the Production Server be updated.
I love ChinesePod and I recommend CPod whenever I get a chance. The academic team has always done an amazing job.
