June 23, 2008 at 3:04 AM老师们帮我们了解对话里面人的态度,这样特别有用,也很有趣,我经常明白朋友说的每个词,还是不清楚他们真正的意思是什么,因为猜不出来他们根本对一件事是什么态度,有什么看法.
为什么如此呢?可能有两个原因,一个是我对中文的语言感太差了,另外一个是美国和中国的文化区别.(因为美国人比较直接说话,但是中国人为了礼貌比较绕了说话,有时候我们美国人可以明白每个词,还是误会朋友的意思!)

June 21, 2008 at 4:00 AMC-pod, yesterday everything was loading dreadfully slowly for me, and I noticed another student had the same problem and he mentioned it in a post, and now everything is working beautifully and loading quickly, thank you for your quick response.
I feel that you all respond very quickly when we point out a problem, and I'm impressed with the way you take our complaints very seriously, and by your hard work and cheerful "服务态度".
