October 29, 2011 at 12:09 PM我是住在比利时的。 在比利时的确有这种法律。 如果你看见受伤人躺在马路上或者公共场所上，而不帮助，不通知警察／救护车的话，那你可以被告发因为这是你的公民义务。 我想这是一个挺好的法律。
我也不明白为什么在中国帮助出事故的人要付受伤者的一部分医药费。太没道理了！

Sorry， I left out “是” from “还是”。

February 18, 2011 at 12:30 PMIn the vocabulary section of this lesson 流程 is pronounced,in the recording, "liu chen" and not "liu cheng"; 政策 is pronounced "zhen ce" and not "zheng ce". Of course my hearing could be wrong.
