November 10, 2011 at 7:32 AMHi Denk,
Do you mind if I ask where you're located? Some users in China are still having trouble with downloads.

November 9, 2011 at 2:51 AMHi,
I just looked into your account and noticed that this lesson was "Bookmarked/Studied". While bookmarking lessons brings them to the top of the feed, marking a lesson as studied will remove it from your feed, which is why it isn't there now. You'll noticed that I unmarked as studied (by clicking "Remove") and re-bookmarked it. It is now at the top of your feed.
Best,
JC

Can you be more specific about your trouble downloading? Are you using the app or the mobile site?
Thanks,

We don't have a speed limit, but it's possible that CloudFront, our media host does. Let us know if the problem comes back.

October 31, 2011 at 2:31 AMHi! To add vocabulary to your list, go to the "Vocabulary" tab. There is a check box on the left of each word, allowing you to select which words to add. Then, at the bottom of the list, click the button that says "Add Selected Key Vocabulary".

October 24, 2011 at 4:48 AMHi!
There is a new version of the Android app out today which fixes the download problem.
Because of the issues we've had with downloads in China, we decided to switch media hosts. The older version of the app was not designed to connect to the new media host we're using, causing the problem. But, we're happy to say, everything is back to normal.

October 21, 2011 at 3:51 AMHi,
Your profile says that you're in Germany. Is that correct? It's possible the site was down yesterday for a few brief moments, but there were not major connection problems. Are you still having trouble getting online?

November 28, 2011 at 5:00 AMHi,
RJ is right. There is no longer a "declared level". Instead, your level is simply the lessons you subscribe to.
There are a few places where you can adjust your subscription settings, including the "cogwheel" button on the Dashboard, the "My Levels/Shows" panel on the homepage, as well as a "My Levels/Shows" box on all lesson pages.
