There have been lot pretty good deal of connection issues to the server that hosts our media files. Unfortunately, this seems to be a China-network problem, which means it's more or less out of our hands in the short-term.
This has been really frustrating us over the past few weeks. and we're looking into several different options. For now, all I can do is apologize for the inconvenience and ask for patience.
Hopefully, everything will be back running smoothly soon!
