I recently went to a busy restaurant full of customers, and I had to take a number from the host. The host was calling numbers, but it seemed like the numbers weren't going in order. I heard something like "80, 76, 35, 19, 92....", and I was pretty sure that it wasn't going in order, but I wanted to ask to make sure, but I didn't know how to ask.
In this type of situation, how do I ask "Is it going in order?" ? In this case, if it were going in order, the host would be saying something like "18, 19, 20, 21, 22...."
