"喏"表示让人注意自己说的事情。

喏 is used to bring specific attention to what you are saying. It's a bit like 'You see...' in English.

“居然”和“竟然”,非要说有什么区别的话,“居然”语气稍强些。我认为这个“区别”不用在意,你喜欢用哪个就用哪个吧。

如此 means "like that", It's formal, we hardly use it in daily conversation.
For example:
Dàn yuàn rúcǐ.
I hope so.
Tā rúcǐ yǒnggǎn, yī gè rén dǎdǐ le wǔ ge díren.
He killed five enemies all by himself-- that's how courageous he is!

Yes, 被 is passive marker.

For example:
Tā bèi biéren dǎ le.

找zhǎo,寻xún,求qiú and觅mì are all verbs, zhǎo is common for zhǎo rén/zhǎo dongxi. xún/qiú /mì are formal and we hardly used these in Daily conversation.
