Wǒ yǒu yīge érzi hé yīge nǚ ér.

The modal particle "le" is used at the end of a sentence to express the emergence of a new situation. so 我饿了means I wasn't hungry before, but now I'm hungry. 我不饿 means no new situation has emerged.

“勉强”有两个意思，

“逼”是动词，不能做形容词。
做动词的时候，“勉强”和“逼”一样，都是“强迫别人做不愿意做的事”。可以说：
我不勉强你。
我不逼你。
做形容词的时候，可以说：
我勉强答应了她的要求。
这点儿钱勉强够用一个星期。

害 has no special meaning in “害怕”。Both 害怕 and 怕 have the meaning of "afraid", 害怕 is more formal.
