December 29, 2012 at 3:52 PM在美国我们接受餐厅会有开瓶费，西方的贵族有很多桌子上的规则，这就是职中之一。虽然在我的人生内规则松动了很多，我不知不觉地学好了一大部分。比如说，每个坐位有两把叉子的话，左边的适用吃沙拉，吃后留在盘子上，服务员会带走。两把刀的话，右边的适用涂黄油。两把勺子的话，右边的适用吃汤。内面的勺子、刀子和叉子适用吃主菜。坐着的时候放餐巾在腿上，去厕所放餐巾在椅子上，准备离开餐厅放餐巾在桌子上。不顺这些规则，没有人会说话，但是我会发觉服务员和旁边的人看我没有教养。在那么多规则之下餐厅当然能利用一些来影响消费者。回话，说到酒开瓶费就是依法的，自带普通的酒水的人会被益为很小气，而且每个餐厅必须免费的提供冷水，所以没有人自带普通的酒水。对餐厅来说，酒水是有最多毛利的产品，所以服务员都鼓励客户点，第一次服务员来到你的桌子会提醒大家点一个酒水，然后离开让大家考虑一下各自想点的菜。你特被饿就那时点酒水，否则你会等到大家选好而菜都准备了才能添嘴。餐厅都这样不用串通而靠传统让你点酒水。
