@Damon That's a hot topic. This may come as a surprise to you , but apart from a couple of small nations receiving benefits from Taiwan such as Barbados - most western countries have recognised Taiwan as a part of China since the 70's.
We all know different people have different points of view with regards to this subject - however let's keep the focus here on food.
That being said, I don't see why the Hungry Traveler can't visit other countries in Asia that have strong Chinese influences such as Singapore and Malaysia. Something for us to consider. :-)

May 21, 2009 at 1:27 AM@suburbanite The Lessons aren't published in the Lesson Feed until 9am BJ time, however the email notifications with the link to the lesson pages are being released a day early. This is a glitch we are currently fixing.
If you listen to the dialogue and lesson again you'll fin that all is as it should be.
