顺便is an adverb.

说'手臂上都是纹身'和‘手臂上都有文身’都是对的。
但是'手臂上都是纹身'强调身上纹身很多，“都是”。
‘手臂上都有文身’强调“手臂”，也就是强调纹身的位置wei4zhi4。
但是实际上，我觉得两种说法都是可以的。

不过我想应该是：
我把车停在了家门口。（emphasis on the place）
or
我把车停在家门口了。（emphasis on the action）
都是过去式。
