Hi nourhane, I suppose the bottle tea might be old or have been pasteurized. So the flavor might be off. There are a number of recipes on the web. I have not tried this one, but it does have a video. I like to compare and see which uses fewer heavily processed ingredients. http://coffeetea.about.com/cs/bubbletea/ht/ht_bubble.htm

Hey--If you've traveled by train--who can resist the miracle socks. Rip resistance and flame proof these sock made of luxurious nylon, are sure to be a hit with your friends at home. Or what about the ox-bone comb? Be sure to get one with the hologram so you know it's authentic. Seriously, has anyone else been approach by an energetics sales person on a long train ride--with socks? The winter-weight socks are good for use if you are a cyclist. 2 pair for 10 kuai.

@amichal, FYI -- there is an addon for firefox ChinesePera-kun, by Dave of CPOD. If you hover over the hanzi, it will give you definition (broad range) and the pinyin. This will help a little with learning characters too. Thanks to Dave for this great tools, and to executer who put it in a post I happened to read.
