In your case: shower is 'línyù'. bath tub is 'yùgāng' So you can ask: nǐmen shì línyù háishì yǒu yùgāng?

nob: lóngtóu

shower head: huāsǎ/pēntóu

drain: dìlòu

Hope your shower problem will be solved soon.

"yao" is 'to want'. If we use: 'wo qu nimen gongsi'= I am going to your office. But if you use 'wo yao qu nimen gongsi' = I want to go to your office. So technically, the meaning is different.

gèng duō miǎn fèi de dōng dōng

东东 is '东西'.

John不在,Let me try to explain it. For me, Chinese never say: 忘something. It always 忘了something. It doesn't matter future or past. I think here 了 here is for the result. 忘 is just a process. But we need 忘了 as a result. So it doesn't matter future or past.

用了吗VS用过了吗 there is a difference. 用了吗=have you used it? which means you are still using it. 用过了吗=did you use it? which means you don't use it anymore.
