I imagine that in fact the two persons in the lift had an love relationship that has just ended and that's why there's an awkward silence. I wonder: are they members of CP' s staff ?

I usually don't watch the advanced lessons because it's too difficult for me, but I agree with Henning and RJ, this sentence is interesting (even if I did not understand what 尿憋死 exactly means.) And thanks, Henning, to have pointed this sentence.
