Regardless of the Shanghai office hours, I don't think its unreasonable expectation for such a site-wide problem to be addressed earlier (or preempted entirely)---the world does not revolve around Shanghai office hours.

August 22, 2013 at 3:21 AM我建议大家看Barbara Tuchman的书关于一位美国的大将 （英文名就是Joe Stillwell) 在中国的经验。可以帮你比较好了解蒋介石。其实对Stillwell的而言，蒋介石不是好人。
