August 13, 2012 at 8:01 PM如果我没错的话，有之就是“有”或者“存在”的意思。你说的那句话可以翻译成"there exist many people with jealous hearts" 或者更口语的话："there are some people eating sour grapes."

August 3, 2012 at 6:20 PM我有点不清楚，“少不了”这个说法好像有几个意思，比如说：
“这件事别让妈妈知道，她要是知道了，少不了又要骂我们。” 在这句话里面意思好像是死活要发生什么事。
但是也有另一个意思，比如说：
”我不买衣服，就进去试试，试试又少不了一分钱。“ 这里的意思有点不一样，就是说我肯定不会花钱。有点像”连什么什么事都不会发生。“的意思。
我是不是理解错了？没有错的话该怎么分？

The expansion translates this sentence as simply: "Everyone is really busy. It's hard to get everyone together."
Would it also be correct to say: "Everyone is so busy. It's hard enough to throw a party, let alone get everyone to go."?
