我们都是志愿者，没有正式的薪水，但有补贴。不过我平时会给一些杂志和报社撰稿，谈一些自己在组织里的感想和有趣的事，所以主要收入还是来自于稿费。

We're all volunteers. We don't have an official salary; we have subsidies. But, I usually write articles for magazines and newspapers in which I discuss some of my thoughts and some of the interesting experiences I've had inside the organization. So, my chief income comes from royalties.
