In 0:54, ‘和财经和新闻方面都涉及到的一个……’ this is a wrong sentence. It should be ‘和财经和新闻方面都相关的一个……’. Either ‘和…相关’or ‘涉及到……’

The rest is fine. And this lesson is focused a bit too much on sharing their opinions about this piece of news. But still, thanks for the lesson.

In 7:31, Jenny said, ‘大牌球星’, but it should be ‘大牌球员’ as it is shown in the dialogue transcript.

This dialogue is a bit too long.

After I listened to some newbie lessons, I have this feeling that there’s no escalation of difficulty degree of lessons. That means they are kind of piled up, instead of increasing the difficulty bit by bit. And that’s why every lesson seems to be a bit too easy even for newbies. This lesson design needs to be a bit more constructive. That’s you cant just randomly pick up topics. It would be better if you have some little plan about lesson designing, like 5 lessons for the topic of food, 10 for transportation etctera. In this way, you actually make the learners feel that the lessons are very well designed and you actually what you are teaching. You can also add some hot topisc if you find something interesting. But it would be better if the lessons are well planned out.

‘我可以拍照片吗？’ can be revised to ‘我可以拍照吗’. In daily life, 拍照is more common, because it’s shorter.

In 6:26, in the script for the dialogue, there’s only ‘鬼神之说’, but the people in the dialogue said, ‘鬼神怪之说’. Not consistent with each other.

In 6:34, Jenny pronounced ‘占’ in ‘占星术’ as ‘zhan 4’, but the correct form is ‘zhan 1’.

In 6:44, the dialogue made by Jenny and the transcript don’t match each other. For instance, In the dialogue, its ‘都是由凶吉的讲究的’, but Jenny pronounced as ‘都是有凶吉讲究的’.

In 8:04, Jenny also pronounced ‘占’ in ‘占卜’ in a wrong way.   

In 11:59, Jenny said, ‘或者比较生命中重要的事情’ which should be ‘或者生命中比较重要的事情’.

And can you explain a bit about ‘红白喜事’? why 红represents wedding and 白death?

I think there is a bit too much opening part in the audio.

In the dialogue, 有什么东西不吃吗？can be better revised into ‘忌口’.
