You can think of 怕 (pa4) as I fear that..., and 恐怕 (kong3pa4) as "perhaps,maybe", etc.

 

The video should come out on 15th Jan 2016.

They have similar meanings,but are used in different sentence patterns. See the examples above to get an idea of which is most suitable for which. the cong2...dao4 structure also allows you to talk about time.
