方案 is used more on plans that are fixing a problem, and sometimes we translate it as proposals or options. 计划 means the plan in general. For example, 你提出的这几个方案我觉得都很好,但是这次计划的预算没那么多。

It can be used in our daily conversations, the sentences we mentioned in the video are some good examples. These sentences come in handy when you want to express something long in short.

It is more like not showing off yourself, because in Chinese culture being humble is something people praise a lot. But if you see it in another way, being overly humble and not sharing thoughts in class is definitely not a good interaction between students and teachers. So I do find this chengyu very interesting, since it is totally reflecting the different mindset between Asians and Westerners.

通常说到潜伏期,都和病毒或是生病有关系。比如说,SARS的潜伏期是2-7天,而且最长可达10天以上。
这个期也在很多词里出现,都是一段时间的意思,像是 孕期(怀孕的时候)、假期、暑期, 等等。

I would say both of the translation is correct. 隔离 can be isolation and also quarantine. 检疫 is another word when we want to say a person is in quarantine.

The word for the antibody is 抗体. 有了抗体,就不怕病毒了!

The biggest difference between these two words is that 担心 can be used as a verb whereas 忧虑 can be used as a noun only. I would say 忧虑 has a feeling of being concerned about something personal. 担心 is a more general word of being worried.

It is used to describe a person who is suspicious based on past experience. For example, 他胆子很小,杯弓蛇影,常常自己吓自己. We usually describe a person's action as 杯弓蛇影, not the person itself.
