August 5, 2019 at 6:20 AM可以参考“提速”（提高速度）理解。提：提升 "to improve", 质：质量 "quality". 所以合起来就是提升质量，也就是说不仅要做得快（提速），而且要做得好（提质）。在新闻当中常常会有这种简略的表达，多多注意以后就会更加熟悉了。

所以看到，“支援”有更多借助外部势力（人力、财力）帮助的意思，而“支持”更多的表达的是一种立场，或者是精神上的鼓励。

Yang Wanli (or Yang Wan-Li) (1127–1206) was a Chinese poet, one of the "four masters" of Southern Song Dynasty poetry. He passed his jinshi exams in his 20s, and took on many positions in his political life. Many of his poems are like painting a picture, celebrating the beauties and mysteries of nature, also expressing his love for life.

But the two words are slightly different. "范围" refers to a domain, whilst "范畴" refers to concepts. "范畴" is a more academic word used in literature or geometry.
