请 has 言 , which means tongue or words, on the left and 青on the right so it means "saying beautiful things," "being polite."
You can find many beautiful characters with 青 as a radical.
For example, 晴 is a beautiful day with sun (日 on the left).

since赶紧 sounds more like urging things to happen it's only used by human.
You can't say 电影赶紧就要开始了 no no no no no
but you can say 我们赶紧去看电影吧!

Exactly as Klearz said, 提议 is more often used when proposing for a group decision and is used only in formal situation.
建议 can be used in both formal and informal situation, both for a person and a group.
Here are some typical sentences
- 经理在开会时提议为老板举办庆生活动。
During the meeting, the manager proposed to throw a birthday party for the boss.
- 经理昨天建议我别参加他的生日派对。
The manager suggested me not to attend his birthday party.

见解 doesn't sound negative and it's deeper than 意见
你可以说：
- 「他是专家，他对这件事应该有更高层次的见解。」

- 「这篇文章的见解很独到。」
The point of view in this article is very original.
