May 12, 2014 at 5:07 PMI think 领导 is for more formal situations and used to describe the bosses in white collar workplace. In China, a 老板 is more informal and a general term for anyone like the owner of a store, restaurant, street vendor etc.

usually 遍 means like you have read the book all the way through but 次 maybe implies you tried to read it but didn't finish

April 28, 2014 at 8:16 PMthats its ridiculous to include those at intermediate level. It seems like recently they have been "dumbing" down the intermediate/upper intermediate level lessons. I hope this is not a long term trend.
