hi ccclim,

Try this way:  You can just go to the "Lessons" tab.  There you can see the lessons in chronological order, with the latest one at the top.  There, you can bookmark the latest lesson if you like.  And below it, you will see the lessons you may have missed if you haven't been to the site in a few days.

As far as the 'text' version, the PDF is working, I just checked it.  If you meant the HTML version of the PDF, that is a temporary glitch.  We are attempting to reupload it now.  It will be back though, I promise, as soon as we can get it there.  Apologies for that!

hi user1196, Yes, the tone for 不 (bù) does change to second tone in combination with fourth tone words, however, when written in pinyin form, it is still written as fourth tone.

calkins, Using the measure word for money '块' (kuài) on its own is fine, or in combination with the word for money 钱 (qián). Sometimes people just shorten it by using '块' (kuài) on its own. The one thing you cannot say though is just 钱 (qián) without a measure word. For example: 我只有十钱。(Wǒ zhǐyǒu shí qián.) is incorrect. 我只有十块。(Wǒ zhǐyǒu shí kuài.) and 我只有十块钱。 (Wǒ zhǐyǒu shí kuài qián.) are both correct.

hi azul, For practicing violin, or another instrument we use 练习 (liànxí), as in: 练习拉小提琴 (liànxí lā xiǎotíqín) to practice violin or even shorter you can just say: 练琴 (liànqín)

hi greatgifts, Yes this 的 (de) is also used to show possessive, as in: 这是我的笔。 Zhè shì wǒ de bǐ. This is my pen. 王先生的车在哪儿? Wáng xiānsheng de chē zài nǎr? Where is Mr. Wang's car?

hi akronxc, We always go to Partyworld. A quick google search and you will see all the different locations. The one in Fuxing Park is good. I would recommend booking ahead if it's the weekend. They have TONS of good English songs, as well as Italian, Tagalog, Spanish, etc. etc.!
