October 15, 2012 at 1:30 PMit's not the end of the word, it's the beginning of the word (the intial sound). It definitely sounds like a "q" sound, rather than a "t" sound. I'm hearing "要qíng的时候...." , instead of "要停的时候”. I just listened to it again
