Question:

In the dialogue, it sounds like when the cab driver says "要停的时候...", the "停" sounds like qíng instead of tíng. Why? That's a huge difference

is 止汗剂 only for spray-on antiperspirants? What if it's an antiperspirant that isn't sprayed on, but rather wiped on ? Is there a different word that is more appropriate?

thanks! So, if you go to a bakery and see the characters 蛋挞 (not 蛋塔), and you want to ask for it, will you say dàntǎ or dàntà ?

my dictionary is showing that 蛋挞 is dàntà, but this site is showing it as dàntǎ.
What's going on here?

is 香体剂 something liquid? Ther are some deoderants that are not liquid, should they be called something else?
