is 止汗剂 only for spray-on antiperspirants? What if it's an antiperspirant that isn't sprayed on, but rather wiped on ? Is there a different word that is more appropriate?

In the dialogue, it sounds like when the cab driver says "要停的时候...", the "停" sounds like qíng instead of tíng. Why? That's a huge difference
