Is it correct to say "你能再说一次吗？” ？
My friend just told me that the proper way to say this is “你能再说一遍吗？”
Please let me know the mystery behind this!

If I say "你能再说一次吗？”and "你能再说一遍吗”，is one of those two more proper/correct than the other ？
