在男性主持人(我不知道他叫啥)说的时候“你知道吗?我对少数民族的影响?”,然后Connie回答“是什么,是他们都很会唱歌、也很会跳舞?”我还不知道Connie是认真的还是开别人玩笑,因为我有很多中国朋友会这样想。事实上,我也觉得很多少数民族很会跳舞、唱歌,因为他们更多的人会保存传统。

请修改我的错误。

Hmm. . .I'm not really talking concerned about 后鼻音. I've met people all over China who have trouble with it, and it seems to matter less than correct tones.

What's been getting me is the pronunciation of the e. Clearly, as you point out, the e sound is not the same once an ending is tacked on. I'm just wondering if it changes between "ren" and "reng". I feel like the rules say it shouldn't, but it doesn't sound that way to me.

I'll give you credit for mentioning "in your view" rather than stating this as a fact. Still, it's only a personal opinion. Appearances aren't all they appear to be. Some people who cook 串儿 take home much more than would be expected.

The truth is that in many instances begging is in fact an occupation in China. It may not look appealing to you, but if it did, would you even considering giving money?

I do agree with you though that begging is not an occupation I envy. I've never offered money, but I do offer food when I can.
