As you pointed out, "倒" is pronounced with fourth tone when it means "reverse", so I also think the authentic pronounciation for "倒时差" is "dao4 shi2cha1". That said, I'm not sure about how native guys usually pronounce it in conversation. Probably they don't care much about that, hehe.

I found the word "逆向文化冲击" used in the sense of "reverse culture shock" on the Internet. I think the the "相反" in "相反文化冲击" is just superfluous because "文化冲击" already includes/connotes the meaning "相反" in it.
