Actually 干吗 and 干嘛 are often used interchangeably, especially on the Internet, but precisely speaking, the functions of 吗 and 嘛 are basically different from each other. 现代汉语词典 clearly says, 表示疑问语气用“吗”, 不用“嘛”.

(A) 我没有（我）恨的人。 ...I don't hate anyone.
(B) 世上没有恨我的人。 ...No one hates me in this world.
(C) 世上没有人恨我。....No one hates me in this world.
(D) 有一个小朋友生病了。...There is a kid who got ill.
(E) 有一个生病的小朋友。...There is a kid who got ill.

That's correct. You can say "我五十岁。" What a coincidence! Actually I'm fifty this year (我今年五十岁), hehe.

Thanks a lot for your detailed explanation. Actually, "gender" has long been a mystery for me, whose mother language doesn't have the grammatical conception. I guess that "gender" is no more than an unnecessary obstacle for most foreign learners. If it were not for "gender", German would have been much more easy to learn. I wish it were so!
Having said that, do masculine nouns generally connote/sound differently from, for example, feminine nouns for German people? In other words, does distinction between genders generate any literary effects in German? Or, is "gender" merely unnecessary grammatical complexity even for native speakers? I'm very curious about this.

Which gender do you German people tentatively choose when you use a word that you can't exactly guess its gender. Neutral?

Ummm, I don't think this has a topic-comment structure. Please see it this way, 有一个小朋友(who)生病了. You often see this kind of structures, for example, 今天我没事干 or 有很多人讨厌我.
