The “了” in “别担心,我是大人了” connotes something like "I AM an adult" or "obviously/needless to say, I am an adult". On the other hand, for example, the “了” in “(你已经是)大人了,还看动漫吗?” indicates a change of state, i.e. "Now that you have become an adult/You are an adult NOW".

韩语中没有“F”的发音,所以韩国人一般用“P”代替“F”。这两个音都是唇音。
