It's "120m2" on paper, but I don't believe it. I suspect that the number is inflated, as is always the case in the PRC. I read before some news articles on this problem.

A "200 + m2" apartment for you, your husband and two cats? So it seems that "120 m2" for me and a chubby dog is not too large, hehe. Incidentally, how much is the rent? Mine is 500 RMB a month (built 18 years ago).
