May 8, 2008 at 3:37 AMI just had some Hunanese food this past week by Peoples Square 人民广场, and I had the first item listed in our supplementary vocab, the spicy fish head (Duo4jiao1yu2tou2 / 剁椒鱼头). Now, im not a huge fan of fish, but it seemed like every table had this dish on it, so we gave it a try. Flavor was amazing, but its quite an event getting through all the bones.

I used to bartend at an Irish pub down on grand and clark, and when I would open up the bar for lunch, I would always have chinesepod playing on my ipod, and would repeat the chinese words and phrases.
