October 19, 2007 at 3:27 AMPulosm, oddly enough, m-words can be learners best friend, especially if your tones are not spot on. when you throw one out there when you are speaking, the possible words that can follow are narrowed down considerably. It basically preps the listener to listen to a smaller cluster of words, which is very advantageous for their comprehension. eventually you'll get to the point of using that to YOUR advantage as a listener. You will find its better to clue in to m-words and the batch of words that could correspond rather than trying to filter out a bazillion possible words
