Hey guys. Where I'm living whenever anyone asks where I live they say 几栋 ji3 dong4 in reference to what apartment building. I'm sure most have heard this but thought it might be worth mentioning.

I also love tennis. Probably too much.

But since moving to zhuhai there are not many courts close to me.

So for many months i havnt been able to play. When i see the grand slams on tv it kills me.

But im happy to announce that because of cpod my speaking skills are improving rapidly and im making more friends and one of my new friends and i will be playing tennis this week.

Im so happy. The only problem is i left my two head rackets in Australia.

Oh well i cant wait to have a hit.

Haha that's classic. You say all this in mandarin?

Your vocab must be hot.

As in those pets are not commonly heard.

But I might have to memorise that response in mandarin.

Yeah, when i first came to china i spent two weeks in Zhuhai i might add i brought my own personal stash of Vegemite, but then we went to Beijing with a Tour Group. Anyway breakfast time came around and we all gathered together for breakfast and i wasnt too impressed.

I still have cereal now for breakfast in china....

Im off the Vegemite because toasters and finding bread is just too troublesome.
