Hi flyrealhy,

I'm not really sure what you mean. If I want to use the 888-pack I just put the disc in the disc drive and it opens in firefox (my web browser). That requires very few MB RAM and no GB on the hard disc I think. When you click on a lesson it opens in microsoft media player (if you use windows). The mp3's are small files. Click on a PDF and it opens in adobe reader (or similar program). I hope that helps...?

I was thinking about the gei3+[something/someone]+[verb] construction.
Buy: gei3 ni3 mai3...
Bath: gei3 xiao3gou3 xi3zao3...
Where would the 了 (as perfect aspect particle) be placed in such a construction? Is it after the gei3 or the other verb? Are these examples correct?
wo3 gei3 ni3 mai3 yi1 bei1 ka1fei1 ba5. I'll by you a cup of coffee.
wo3 gei3 ni3 mai3 le5 yi1 bei1 ka1fei1. I have bought you a cup of coffee.

I once read someone would think of the fourth tone (high --> low) as the movement of taking a seat (stand --> sit), thus 坐 zuò zuo4 = sit.
