师傅 （shīfu） can be used for both male and female. So you can call a lady taxi driver 师傅. :)

March 11, 2010 at 6:34 AMI also like this kind of sentimental story, especially after I heard the wife in this dialogue said "我觉得和你在一起的每一天都是好日子". It reminds me of a song "一起吃苦的幸福“ sung by a Chinese singer named 周华健.
