You have sufficient time devoted to explaining the very simple concepts in the full lesson sound file, yet you still see the need to insert even more English in the main Chinese lesson. This obviously makes no sense.
The Chinese in the lesson seems to get in the way of the wonderful English you all speak so well (no sarcasm at all here).
Why not make the main point of the lesson, the four or so extremely short sentences English free?

April 23, 2012 at 4:03 PMI beg you, please give me my money back. This is completely plastic Chinese and an insult to anyone who cares about real Chinese culture. Really, stop torturing me with this shallow view about what you think passes as Chinese language (Culture!) instruction, this is a complete rip off. I'd write to you in Chinese, but you have proven in the past to be so offended at any foreigner that would dare such a feat in your small mind, and you have gone as far as to delete those messages, so, if you have any sense of justice, you will give me a refund, as you falsely advertised that you would teach Chinese, not some plastic Western Chinese wanna be plastic lingo you insist on pushing on your duped customers.

I don't know, where is your good judgement, what is the phrase in Chinese for common sense? My only regret is that I've paid money for this laziness you call instruction
