如果我是你的英文教师我当然要用英文回答你的英文的问题，用你的国语回答你的英文的问题，我就觉得我是没有用的英文教师。我想你都期待我用英文回答你的问题。我不是英文学生，你也不是英文教师。

listening to the intro a hundred times to the dialog file gets old fast, and I don't listen to the full lesson anymore, too much distracting English. I've studied many languages in the past, drilling and thinking in the foreign language are key in establishing fluency. The stories and vocab alone from these lessons are good, everything else mixed in is distracting. However, I do edit a twenty minute plus lesson taking the dialogue, and each sentence in the dialogue as well as the very valuable expansion exercises, grammar examples into one mp3 file for a good review and practice tool. Some people like the entertainment value of the back and forth between these trendy Chinese but I've got no time for the small talk. As Al Gore once said in a South Park episode, "I'm cereal"

你们该教中文老师怎么操作录音器，每次她说单词（复习录音），她好像站在有刮风的地道里，但英文说的老师说的清楚。以前的播客课都有一样的问题。听到这样的背景的噪音有点儿烦。

I always edit the mp3 files, cut out the chatter, which is good if you want to drill and practice the language. I've found this program to be very useful: http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/index.html (note, you really don't have to buy it, the downloadable demo feature provides the sufficient features to edit anything) I've also found this program good for digitizing the Expansion and grammar exercises. http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Audio/Other-AUDIO-Tools/Audio-Record-Wizard.shtml Again, if you don't mind recording in 3 minute intervals, the demo is most sufficient for taking full advantage of this website's offerings, so, you never have to purchase the software.
