December 24, 2010 at 7:08 AMListening a lot and being able to pronounce the sounds correctly yourself are key steps. Knowing how to correctly produce sounds, attunes you to the differences. Listening and then producing the sounds after hearing them at a site like aichinese is an excellent way to tune both your speaking and listening.
