I love all sort of DIM SUM, specially 烧卖, but i find that the ones they sell here in Shanghai (filled with rice-wine) are not as yummy as the ones i used to have when i was living in Japan. I´ve heard that japanese 烧卖 are cooked in the cantonese way, but i´m not so sure. Maybe Changye can tell me ;)
