A friend of mine says he always asks:

有优惠吗？- yǒu yōuhuì ma? - is there a preferential discount?

after he is quoted a price by the seller.

I had the same question. They seem to be used in the same way. I think 看起来 is much easier to say for me so I will use that one. ^__^

I think 送 is used in the buy-sell context as "deliver-to-me". There's probably a better way to translate it.

The Wikipedia page on 上海话 has a little too much info for most people, I think a person with a background in linguistics might enjoy it more.
