@chris1. is used in social media to refer to some post of you, then you are informed, that sb referred to a post of you! o think the usage is correct here

you say you cannot use 梦 in this context, and in the task section you use 梦想 for the exact meaning , the dreams of your childhood! so what shall i think ?

i don't think that 大家 is less friendly, it is just addressing the whole group, 大家好, hello everybody, while 每个人 is more personal, every single one of a group, as is the literal translation.
