Hi kiriwai~ 拔 means to pull up or to pull out (to get the root!!) You probably don't want your teeth get pulled 拉 but not coming off (太吓人了!)

用 means 'to use'. Both sentences are correct but have different meanings. 他没有现金-he doesn't have cash. 他没有用现金-he didn't use cash.

hi, louisita72. 里面的 means 'inside' literally. When you say 里面的牙, it can refer to any teeth inside there. 最 means most. 最里面的牙-the most inside teeth. It can be translated into the teeth all the way in the end, which is the back teeth. Instead of saying 最里面的牙, some people just simply call them 大牙(the big teeth).

Haha, i could't recall this part (till i listened to this podcast again) even though i was there when John mentioned about the story. It makes sense now. I know a song related to the story :D
