This may be better to learn with example sentences, instead of trying to understand the subtle differences between degrees of "happiness."

快乐 means that you feel happy or satisfied

Xīnnián kuài lè
Happy New Year!

Zhù nǐ shēngrì kuàilè!
Happy Birthday!

Happy and excited

Hěngāoxìng rènshi ni!

Yǒu shénme hǎo xiāoxi? nǐ jíntiān zhème gāoxìng!
What's the good news? You're so happy today!

Tīngshuō tā yào lái, wǒ fēicháng gāoxìng. hé tā zàiyīqǐ hěn kuàilè.
When I heard he was coming, I was so happy. When I'm with him, I'm so happy.

dunderklumpen:

The "是...的” pattern is generally used to describe things that happened in the past.
It emphasizes the time, place, method, goal, agent, or object of the action

For example:

I came during March (emphasizes time)
I came from America (emphasizes place)
I came on an airplane (emphasizes method)
I bought the fruit (emphasizes agent)
This was bought for you (emphasizes the object)

These sentences below are not " 是......的”pattern.

The person who is looking for miss Wang is very tall.
Your sentence "zhao3 wang2 tai4tai de ren2 hen3 gao1. "is right.
This sentence can not be built in another way.

If someone asks:
You can answer:

You can answer:
