October 21, 2008 at 9:57 AMThanks all, changye, tvan, amber....changye got spot on what I was talking about with the Cantonese 出年 and 旧年。 But it's great to know not to use it anywhere else but Malaysia.

October 16, 2008 at 8:36 AMHi! Just wanted to point out that structure in Rome is called the Colosseum. I suppose it's a Roman coliseum, but I believe it was named the Colosseum because of a colossal statue of Nero near it. Many places later adopted a changed version of that name and called their arenas coliseums, but the Colosseum in Rome still stands.

对我来说，一个人有很高的智商如果不够情商都会觉得很难跟别人相处， 在工作里面不一定成功。所以不但要聪明，而且要会做人。我们在一个竞争世界，两个都非常非常重要。不过在今天时代可能情商更重要吧？
